How do I view or lease apartments?

Are you pet friendly?

We absolutely love animals, however each building has its own specific policy regarding which animals are permitted, and some buildings unfortunately do not permit for pets.

How do I pay rent?

• Rent is due on the 1st day of each month, and is considered late after the 10th day of the month. You can make online payments HERE.

• If you have not yet registered for an account, begin the process by getting in touch with us HERE.

• If you prefer to mail in a check, you are able to mail rent to: 18 E 50th St #10, New York, NY 10022. If you need assistance locating whom to make the check payable to, please refer to your Building Information on the RESIDENT page.

Security Deposit

Security deposits are returned to the account holder of the escrow account, and generally issued within 14 days after an expiration of a lease occurs, or possession of the unit is returned, whichever is later. If there is more than one tenant on the lease, the person receiving the security is responsible for coordinating any reimbursements to other tenants. Depending on how long it takes for the courier to deliver, may take 2-6 weeks to arrive for you. If it has been more than thirty days since your expiration or vacancy, please contact Tenant Accounts at 212-837-4835 for an updated status.

How do I change a Tenant/Roommate/Guarantor?

Requests for changes to the lease must be submitted to the LEASING DEPARTMENT. You must indicate the current Tenant/Guarantor named on the lease, and indicate any parties outgoing and incoming.

How do I change an apartment, assign, or break my lease?

All requests must be submitted to the LEASING DEPARTMENT. Someone will get back to you regarding your options available.

My lease is going to expire, when will I receive my renewal and have to notify you by?

Renewals are sent out no less than 60 days prior to an expiration, notice is due no less than 30 days before the expiration.

How do I request a repair or report an emergency?

Please contact your Super/Property Manager to report or request any issues, repairs, or maintenance to your unit. If there is an emergency, please notify your Super/Property Manager immediately. To find the contact for your Super, please click HERE.

Can you paint my apartment?

We provide complimentary painting of the apartment after three consecutive years of tenancy please contact your Super/Property Manager to coordinate the request.

Can I make alterations to the apartment?

All requests for alterations, such as installations of temporary partitions, must be submitted directly to your Super/Property Manager.
